Had an 2008 Camry 2.4 4 cylinder with a lean code. We checked the fuel pressure and it was 20 psi, spec was 50 psi We were going to just replace the fuel pump inside the fuel pump module. After removing the fuel pump module, we noticed the plastic supply hose from the fuel pump to the outlet on the fuel pump module had a hole rubbed in it. So we ended up replacing the whole fuel pump module assembly.
