2002 chevy trail blazer

I have a 2002 chevy trail blazer and that wiper motor only works on high speed

any known fixes ??

    Was it a remain motor or new? I have seen many bad new parts.  Do you have your power, ground, and signal going to the module?

    I have had bad aftermarket motors right out of the box. I would try another one before re-diagnosing.

    Before I changed anything I would test the multi function switch to make sure that it is sending signal to the module

    I have seen wiper motors fail like that.  Replace the wiper motor.

    Changed the motor and wiper switch, but after market parts

    Sounds like the wiper motor. I believe the motor has the module attached and they are know for water intrusion.
