2002 Ford F250
by vannoortchris on Mar 13 2018, 12:28 PMWe work on a lot of older F250 diesels and seem to have a hard time keeping sway bar to frame bushings in them. A couple of the trucks we find we are replacing them every 6 months. We've tried greasing them, cleaning the sway bars etc but have little success in making the bushings last any longer. Any thoughts or ideas? It's not a big expense as we usually can submit for warranty but it looks poor to the customer when the same part is constantly getting replaced.
