2003 honda accord no start

by garyharris on Jul 11 2018, 8:38 PM

I have an 03 accord 2.4ltr brought in on the hook with a no start condition. Checked the usual fire, fuel, compression. No fuel pressure, checked power and ground at fuel pump connector, have 2 second power with switch on, constant power during crank. Simple, replace fuel pump, now have 52 psi while cranking but still no start. Have checked both pgm fi relays, test good. Map sensor has 5 v ref, reads 2.8v with koeo, apply 20" vacum to sensor, voltage drops below 1v as per spec. Have injector pulse all across, ignition fire on all 4 coils, even replace spark plugs, still no start. No codes at all, customer states they went to store, come back out a few minutes later then no start. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I would check your starter switch , very common on preview years ! fail all the time and sometimes they show codes of throttle position sensor ect!

These hondas were bad for the main ignition relay going bad causing all kinds of these issues.  shows spark command at the coils but doent not send spark to the plug.

Are the plugs getting wet with fuel? It still sounds like you are not getting fuel as needed. I might consider removing the fuel rail to see if there is actually any fuel spray from the injectors.
