Hey all you techs out there, Problem solved on this 2007 Kia Spectra 2.0 speedometer cuts out. After lab scoping wires, found green wire with orange stripe from pcm under left side of dash which is pulse out to speedometer cuts out at speedometer. But lab scope indicates pulse still present at pcm green with orange stripe wire. There is a splice pack behind dash thats almost impossible to get to without pulling complete dash. So here is the solution. Jumper a new wire from pcm (green with orange stripe wire ) to the rear of the instrument cluster (green with orange stripe wire) on the  24 pin white connector .{{{MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE CORRECT GREEN AND ORANGE STRIPE WIRE AS THERE ARE TWO OF THE SAME COLOR AT PCM CONNECTOR }}} Do not cut these wires , just piggy back a jumper so that the pulse signal from the wheel speed sensor is constant as the vehicle is on and rolling.
