2008 Accord Misfire cylinders #2 and #3

Had a 2008 Honda Accord that was misfiring on cylinders #2 and #3.  Had codes P0302, P0303 and P0339( crank sensor)  Replaced all 4 plugs and ignition coils on cylinders # 2 and 3 about 2 months prior.  Thinking I had some bad coils, I checked them for spark, both checked good.  Next looked at the spark plugs, no problem found.  The misfire felt like an ignition misfire, it would get worse under a load.  My fuel trims looked normal.  I scoped all 4 injectors, with the patterns looking normal.  Noticed when I raised the RPM above 1200, cylinder #3 injector would shut off.  Thinking bad PCM, but I did a little research and found with codes P0302,P0303,andP0339 together their is a bulletin on re-flashing the PCM and also found out that performing a crankshaft position sensor relearn may help.  I performed the crank relearn and my misfires went away and the car ran great.  Moral of the story, always do your research and homework.  Google is your friend!!!

Not sure what the fuel trims were above 1200 RPM.  Its been a while since I fixed that car.

I know tht you mentioned that the fuel trims looked normal in the OP, but did you by any chance see what they looked like above 1200 rpms? Just curious...
I wonder if the fuel trims would be skewed by the pcm shutting off an injector, or if all would be pre-mapped and fuel trims wouldn't be affected by auto shutdown of an injector.
