Battery testing..
by shadetreetech on Jan 18 2018, 3:54 PMWhat method you using to test batteries? Electronic testers or carbon pile? What is your favorite brand of electronic tester. I am still using a Carbon pile load tester most of the time. I find it quicker and easier as some electronic testers can be touchy about their connections.

I primarily use conductance testers (Midtronics Micro 500XL & OTC 3184)...my VAT40 still has it's uses. Between the 2 conductance testers I use the Midtronics seems "zippyer" though both provide consistently similar results...
