Milliohm meter

Anyone using a milliohm meter?  What brand do you have or recommend.  Saw an interesting You Tube video of one being used to test the stator windings on a Toyota hybrid.

    We have been using a GW Insteck GOM 801H to test phase to phase resistance. Works great, has held up for more than a year. They now have more modern versions. If i had to buy one again i would look for a handheld version, but they seem hard to find.
