overheating coolant in oil 2013 ford fusion

came back next day running hot only when over 70 mph shaved heads installed new head gaskets etc now leaking coolant into oil pulled heads found warp in block how to keep this from happening again

It’s quite possible the block was warped prior to you performing the repair the first time. The amount of warpage would be the determining factor as to how long the repair would last. If this vehicle is overheating at high speeds only, you would need to check for a flow issue like restricted radiator or maybe an issue with the new water pump/impeller. We have seen some extreme cases where the blocks cooling passages were full of sludge causing a restriction in coolant flow from the coolant mixing with the oil over long periods of time.
