What am I missing? 2000 Ford Explorer 4.0 VIN E

You know that car that's been all over town, to every shop in town; and has had a lot of parts replaced with no results. That in my bay right now. So here's the story. Runs poor at an idle; even worse just off idle or cruising. Stalls at times and you have to hold the accelerator pedal to the floor to restart it. had no power to fuel pump at one point. Now the numbers.... Fuel trim totals (short and long combined) usually are close to +8 to +10... All oxygen sensors read normal; except B2S2 which reads  .04. And has been replaced by me. It can be driven full rich with a misfire or induced fuel.  Accelerates somewhat normally but I feel it could be better.  Fuel pressure is 60 PSI and steady. Scoped ignition and found no Identifiable misfire.  Engine is not noisy... Checked Exhaust system back pressure before cats. Normal. No codes. I have a new PCM in my hand; But am i missing something?  New parts from other shops include new fuel pump, new IAC, new plugs and wires, Ignition coil, battery, MAF sensor. I replace both rear HO2S.

It also requires special holding tools to make sure timing is set correctly. This is real costly! Good Luck!

Finally got back into this one. With a little help from another tech it was determined that  bank one cam has jumped a tooth; causing multiple misfires on that bank. The an IDES (which I do not own) was able to graph the misfire during a drive cycle to verify this.. repairing this timing chain involves pulling the engine.

Engine coolant temp and ambient temp are normal.. Also barometric pressure normal. Disconnected EGR and removed to inspect no problem. Also removed intake to check PCV hose and connections. Nothing.

somethings missing, b2s2 is nothing yet.  add propane and see if the numbers change. if they do the system is able to respond.  verify engine temp, ambient temp. check for vacuum leak or verify egr operation and disconnect if needed to verify  good luck
