Have not seen a notch in a current ramp like that before. Bad coil?

Shorted winding on the coil in question causing low/no voltage output = misfire.

    SpongeBob,

Your capture lacks definition for the Pico scope. I would that you set your scope settings to 500ms/div at a sample rate of 6 MS. This will display a better capture. If you can and if this sit will allow it. Post up your PSD file.

Your capture is showing the ignition coil current and the fuel injector current at the same time because you have your amp clamp looped on the fuse #26 I believe.

You mentioned the vehicle has a misfire DTC. Can you fill the blanks in as to when this happens? Is it all the time? Brake torque in Reverse or drive? Does it misfire while driving? Have you performed a relative compression test?

Looks like a shorted coil the waveform should gradually slope instead of spiking straight up.

The primary Coil on cylinder #4 has low resistance causing the pattern to look like that. We suggest replacing the coil and check to see if the issue went away.
