Online tracking form and invoices must be mailed in and postmarked by June 30, 2017. Federal-Mogul Motorparts will audit all submisions prior to issuing any Garage Rewards points. Limit of 2,500 Garage Rewards points for 10 MOOG® Control Arm [CK/RK] and 2,500 for 5 MOOG Hub Assembly purchases. Maximum limit of 5,000 Garage Rewards points per professional automotive service participant. Allow 15 business days following the date of processing of all required documentation at Program Headquarters for points to be deposited into participant's Garage Rewards account. Participants must have a valid Garage Rewards account.
